Q. I am gluten intolerant, can i eat your products?
If the product is under the allowed amount it will count as gluten free. Otherwise it has to be marked "contains gluten" in the Table of Contents that you can find on the box.
Q. Do your product contain GMO of any kind?
No! We don't sell any products with Genetically modified organism.
Q. Do your product contain palm oil of any kind?
Yes, our product contains palm oil BUT only certified sustainable palm oil.
Q. What is certified sustainable palm oil?
Roundtable of sustainable palm oil also known as RSPO. The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a global, multi-stakeholder initiative on sustainable palm oil. Members of RSPO, and participants in its activities come from many different backgrounds, including plantation companies, processors and traders, consumer goods manufacturers and retailers of palm oil products, financial institutions, environmental NGOs and social NGOs, from many countries that produce or use palm oil. The RSPO vision is to “transform the markets by making sustainable palm oil the norm".
Q. Were can i find your products?
For the moment our products is only availabile in our webshop, but as soon as they hit the supermarkets we will let you know.
Q. How is the product delivered?
We use either DHL or PostNord to deliver your purchase.
Q. How long is your delivery time?
Normaly we send you order within 1-3 working days. DHL and PostNord have one day to deliver the product to your nearest postoffice. Deleys might occur on mayor holidays.
Q. How much do i pay for shipping?
For purchases over 395 SEK we wont charge you for shipping, otherwise we charge 29,90 SEK.
Q. How long do i have to collect my purchase at the postoffice?
Normally you have 14 days after receiving confirmation to collect your package. If you do not collect it in time it will be sent back to Quality Food Scandinavia and if you stil want the purchase you need to make a new order.
Q. The package was damaged when i collected it, what should i do?
We take full responsibility for products that got damaged or lost during delivery. Therefor it is very important that you look for damages when you pick up yor package. If possible report transport damages directly at your postoffice, otherwise contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out. None accaptable condition products
Q. I want to reclaim the product, what should i do?
Quality Food Scandinavia follows the Consumer Purchases Act and the recomendations that applies to complaints. You can reclaim a product if you consider it to be in fualty condition. The warranty does not include that if you for example consider that the product not meeting your expectations after you have broken the package do to our
products beeing food. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding taste, texture etc.
Q. I´m having problem writing my information in checkout, what am i doing wrong?
Check that all mandatory information is given. All fields are required, except those marked (Optional). This is necessary if you wanna continue with your purchase. Also remember to accept the sales and terms condition before you pay.
Q. My puschase is not going through, what am i doing wrong?
Make sure that your card is activated for purchaes online. Verify this with your bank.
Q. Is it safe to pay with my creditcard?
We offer safe card payments in cooperation with Stripe, They follow the most strict safety requirements in the industry that are accepted and verified by VISA and MasterCard.
